Personal agent branding for Home Report

Here at StreetSine, we listen to every feedback from our users and continuously upgrade our product to serve them better.

Many subscribers have been asking for personal branding of the home report. We’re happy to announce that from today, all our subscribers will be able to put their agency’s logo at the top of every page! Simply select the agency name from the logo drop down list before generating your report. Do it once and the system will remember the selection so that one need not re-select in future.

We’ve many exciting upgrades in the pipeline. Very soon, the report will contain other project details such as the name of the Developer and total number of units & bedroom sizes in the development. For customization, one will be able to save a few profiles that one commonly uses so that one do not have to re-enter them. And if the agent deals with HDB properties, she will be happy to know that we will soon expand our home report service to cover HDB properties as well!

We hope our subscribers enjoy this logo upgrade!

StreetSine - Singapore Property Report (Beta)

This is our first post and I'm happy to announce something exciting.

Want to know how much your property is worth? Or how much you should pay for that unit you're interested in? Or simply want to understand how prices are doing in projects that you're monitoring?

We're launching a new home report service in the coming weeks that will answer these questions. The 20-page report provides up to date information on any private residential property unit in Singapore. For home buyers and sellers, you get pricing information based on unit transaction details, relevant property price trends, comparable unit price range and much more. For renters and investors, you get information on comparative rental transactions, rental yields and capital gains benchmark. Did I also mention maps and nearby amenities like MRTs, grocery stores, lifestyle and schools within 2km of the property?

Here is a sample home report for a typical Singapore condominium unit. (It is based on real transaction data)

And this is our Singapore Property website.

We're a one of the leading property portals in Singapore that focuses on property data analytics. Last month, we crossed the 1,000 mark of registered users. Buyers and shoppers of information can register an account and use our site for free.

Feel free to send an email to info(at)streetsine.com if you're interested in getting your hands on one of the home reports. Provide us with the project name and unit number. If you've no unit in mind, just state your preference, eg. high floor. Be prepared, however, to pay a nominal fee during this beta period.
