February 25, 2010. StreetSine Pte Ltd is pleased to announce its March training
schedule for professional property agents and investors. StreetSine has crafted the
training programs to help professionals use its analytic tools in order to maximize
income and investment returns in the Singapore property market.

Course S1: Introduction to Home Report®
When: Wednesday, 2-4 pm, March 3, March 10, and March 17
Where: Aristotle Room, MindChamps, HDB Hub East Wing, Level 17
Course Description: This course provides training on the use of Home Report® to price
property to buy, sell, or rent. It will also cover some property investment ratios. The
objective of this course is to help property agents save research time while impressing
clients, winning exclusive listings, and closing faster.
Syllabus: 1. Overview of Home Report®: pricing, rentals, and investments
2. Three case studies: price to sell; price to buy; a rental negotiation
3. Information applications to impress clients, get exclusive listings, and
close with confidence
Who should attend? Professional agents and investors, of all experience levels, who are
interested in maximizing income in the Singapore property market.

Course S2: Advanced Property Analytics
When: Wednesday, 2-4 pm, March 31
Where: Carnegie IT Lab, NLB Academy, Toa Payoh Public Library, 6 Toa Payoh Central
Course Description: This course provides advanced training on the use of StreetSine
analytic tools. The IT Lab is equipped with computers for hands-on training. The
objective of this course is to help property agents and investors employ the large
amounts of information found in www.streetsine.com in order to improve their
understanding of the Singapore property market and, thus, position themselves to
maximize income and investment returns.
Syllabus: 1. Survey of the three types of real estate markets
2. The real estate supply-and-demand cycle
3. Recognizing property bubbles
4. Mastering the market with StreetSine analytics
Who should attend? Professional agents and investors who believe information is the
key to mastering the market.
Prerequisites: Participants must be subscribers to Home Report® as well as familiar
with the basics of the report
